Since Azure Pipelines supports all os and has 10 concurrent jobs, I would like to try and see if it's easier to manage and if we get a faster CI system by doing that. Let's keep the other too for a while to see what we prefer.

You can see the build done on my fork here to get an idea of what the interface look like.

I don't have access to Sacred's settings, so I don't think I can enable azure pipelines myself. @Qwlouse if you have the time, could you look into it? You don't have to make a microsoft account, you can log into azure pipelines directly with your github account.
