DMIS API - Full Name, email, National Society

Purpose:
DMIS contains contact information for member of the Red Cross and Red Crescent, and will be used as an authentication system for CBS (#31). In order to NOT have to create an independent user management system for CBS, we are interested in using the DMIS contact information (specifically "Full Name", "email", and Movement affiliation (e.g. Madagascar National Society") for user identification/notification in CBS.

Upon further investigation, DMIS is not a viable option for authentication.
