[PROD] GDACs events #1450

Recently GDACs scraping is paused. If we still need some notification sending, we should find a way to send notifications without creating the GDACs event entity.

Risk Module has a similar source.
Though, if we want to implement it, we can do:

  • allow the GDACS alert scraping
  • at the end of ingest_and_notify we remove the today's/yesterday's GDACS events.
