Portals with empty title causes exception when sorting
Anyway, table rows filled with <undefined> are not useful

portal-list: remove console message wrongly logged every placeholder …

As it appeared, besides "ghost" portals there is much more common case:
placeholder portals for links/fields, for zoom levels that do not have portal.

So in fact by IITC-CE#265 we have fixed wider range of problems
(previously it was not possible to open portal-list on zoom level <15)
