The protocol for this box is as follows:
 
- command "OPEN" engages Solenoid to open the gas valve - the phrase "OPENING" is returned. 
- command "CLOSE" disengages to the Solenoid to close the gas valve - the phrase "CLOSING" is returned. 
- command "?" Replies with the state of the solenoid with either "SOLENOID OPEN" or "SOLENOID CLOSED"

Baud rate at 9600 (8 data bits, no parity, 1 stop bit)
