configure should detect that location automatically, and use that prior to the old default /etc/apache2/conf.d (which isn't included in default apache 2.4 configuration anymore).

further, the configuration needs to be enabled afterwards which should be told as well.

requires docs updates, and should get a note in 1.10 Changelog too.
