This issue has been migrated from Redmine: https://dev.icinga.com/issues/9814

Created by minimoo on 2015-08-02 11:47:42 +00:00

Assignee: minimoo
Status: Resolved (closed on 2015-08-03 07:05:03 +00:00)
Target Version: 2.3.9
Last Update: 2015-08-24 09:12:42 +00:00 (in Redmine)

Icinga Version: v2.3.0-137-g9c45ab7; debug
Backport?: Already backported
Include in Changelog: 1

It seems that boost 1.59 removes the deprecated BOOST_MESSAGE

http://www.boost.org/doc/libs/1\_35\_0/libs/test/doc/components/test\_tools/reference/deprecated.html suggests that BOOST_MESSAGE should be renamed to BOOST_TEST_MESSAGE.

This occurs in test/livestatus.cpp

  • File added 0001-Fix-9814.patch

on visual studio 2015 + with boost 1.59 (that's due for release in ~7 days), once the bosot messages have been renamed, it was generating a missing ; compiler warning.

I've re-ordered macro's and added a ; which seems to fix this, however, not sure what the test output should normally be to test properly.
