currently, you just get a party when entering a boss fight. totally random people.
there should be a way to specify how strong of a party to generate, and have a tolerance for going over (like how other generators work). this would prevent people from abusing bosses to the point where they get lucky that a high level person partied with them and killed it w/ them.
