Web UI not able to connect to browser

Bug Description

Websocket server not able to connect to the web browser due to CDN path "https://cdn.socket.io/4.0.0/socket.io.min.js" blocked by my organization.

I know this is not a bug, it's more of a feature request. External libraries and packages would be nice to be able to be stored and run locally.
Even if this library would not have been blocked, if running Web UI in offline(offline as in no internet connection) mode it would not work either.

Also tabulator.min.js might have the same issue.

Quick update.

I managed to manually download these minified js files and place them into the ".local\lib\python3.11\site-packages\bonsai\bim\data\webui\static\js" folder and changed all the references in the html files found in ".local\lib\python3.11\site-packages\bonsai\bim\data\webui\templates" to these files.

Now it works. But it would be nice if for the next releases, these files would be static and not referenced to a CDN.
Otherwise I have to manually do this every time I am updating Bonsai.
