  1. Some changes to the build:

    * Always ignore warning 1591 (missing xml doc).
    * Always allow unsafe code.
    * Don't generate documentation for examples (it serves no
      purpose since no one will directly reference them).
    * Fix some build output directories.
    
    Also removed some accidentally committed files.
