LayerBulletin 1.1.7 is now available

We are proud to announce the release of LayerBulletin 1.1.7. This version includes changes mainly to the admin side of things as well as some changes to members profiles.

Complete Changelog

  • Remote Install Modules Removed (AdminCP Template) - You will no longer see the area for installing modules remotely within the AdminCP
  • Remote Install Themes Removed (AdminCP Template) - You will no longer see the area for installing themes remotely within the AdminCP
  • Updated Profile Communication to more popular messengers (Snapchat, BlackBerry Messenger, Instagram)
  • Email Verification On/Off - You will now be able to choose if you want members to verify themselves by emails or not

We are proud to announce the release of LayerBulletin 1.1.6!
With this release we set out to fix as many bugs as we could, our development team has worked hard on this release to get it ready for public use.

[Feature] Security Notice for update.php (LayerBulletin Updater) in case it still exists.
[Bug] Change all the file comment headers so that they are no longer NovaBoard.
Changed all occurances of "NOVA_" to "LB_", Which means most modules and themes will need to be altered.
[Bug] Deleted PMs don't get read flag set to true.
[Lang String] Add a language string for Mass Email Tool description.
[Feature] Installer & Updater creates a installer.lock & updater.lock file in cache folder when installation or updating has been completed. The installer and updater also checks if these files exist before starting.
[Bug] Fixed being logged out on username change.
[Security Fix] Stopped password being sent in plain text via email on password change.
[Bug] Instead of cutting too long usertitles it is now throws an error.
[Bug] Changing passwords no longer log you out
