dunce: sometimes highlights wrong options

It highlighted the wrong option in 3 different occasions for me, but I only managed to capture the screenshot for the third one:

Got the dunce event again, highlighted the wrong one again.

Probably hard to see, but sequence items are sword, full helm and kiteshield. Options are earth rune, metal bar, platebody and cake. It picked cake.

Thanks for pointing these out. For the pattern matching puzzle, there are many solutions not supported because unfortunately there's no way for me to keep getting that puzzle to fetch all possible hints. After a certain number of attempts, you'll be told to exist the classroom. I'll add support for this new hint soon. As for the sequence, I'm not sure why that was incorrect as well as it seems obvious the platebody should be next. I'll double check to see if I had the item missing. I probably should consider adding unit testing to make this all easier, so it might take a bit longer to push the changes.

Also, as far as I know, even if you get a few wrong, as long as you answer 3 correctly you should be able to exist. I only remember being told to leave the classroom after answering I would like to say over 20 times wrong or so.

I considered it, but to be honest I wasn't willing spend the time in addition to hosting a server to log. I feel like a picture like you provided works well enough if someone cares enough to do so. I already have logging set up for the plugin too if someone would want to take a look further into their logs. Although now I'm considering of making it a bit easier as you're suggesting to export the previous puzzle to easily copy and paste.

• I want to avoid automatically copying to clipboard to prevent overriding the user's clipboard
• I want to avoid a pop-up box even on wrong solutions because that could get annoying fast
  • Although maybe I can add it as an option which is disabled by default since I reckon not many users have GitHub to even bother
• Currently considering something like the following: a clickable button/link in chat that will say something like "copy previous puzzle to clipboard"
  • Not sure if RL already has support in their API for this

Furthermore on this, if the OSRS Wiki is willing to crowdsource the hints themselves and display it on the Wiki, I'd gladly go through the hints myself and update the relationship system. I'll ask and see if it's something they're willing to do, but I would doubt it.

I agree with the points you raised here. I think the solution you're considering should be doable with currently RuneLite API, just might need to do some finagling. If it's not, maybe just replacing the clicking part with a ::export-puzzle command would work fine too?

Yea I think I'll just do a command instead since I couldn't find anything on the RL jdocs. Thanks for the suggestion!
