started. mysqld is required for content insertion to work. This patch
makes the content insertion script start and stop mysqld itself, just during
    content installation.

Everything now appears to be working.

    This change needs testing!
Content insertion on live install is not yet working. We presume that this is due
to confusion over (a) which filesystem is "/" (live or target) and (b) which
mysql database is the current one (live or target). Running on first boot
will avoid all ambiguity. The boot time penalty should hopefully be small,
and may be effectively zero if the content loading occurs late in boot.
