Anima scripts: open-source scripts for medical image processing

Introduction

ANIMA Scripts provides a set of scripts, either in python or (for some) Bash shell, contributed by and coming from the research works from the VISAGES research team. These scripts use essentially tools from Anima to perform more complex series like image preprocessing, model estimation, atlas creation...
