Minor fix: No longer allows installing TWUE and other optional patches on US V1.1, Japanese ROMs. Will need to confirm if edale's Cut Songs Restoration might work on these versions.
US V1.1, Japanese ROMs confirmed working, previously reported battle crash not present without TWUE/1.1 combo.
Many fixes and new features in this release, too many to note here! Please check http://forums.qhimm.com/index.php?topic=16077.msg259081#msg259081 for more details!
NOTE: Reuploaded to change readme, add that Dancing Mad now officially support FF3 US V1.1 and FF6 Japanese. Reuploaded again to remove checks for ROM version and add new checksums to accepted list.
Small fix enabling a 15 second timeout on each mirror and removing a third party mirror that has been dead for a while. Partially addresses issue #69.
EDIT: Reuploaded to fix a minor issue about 5 minutes after initial upload.
Adds two entirely new sources of music, as well as the ability to automatically apply any or all of three optional patches, including the very latest Ted Woolsey Uncensored Edition with all bugfixes, opera updates, and addons enabled.
Also adds another mirror, running off of amazon aws. This should be a very fast last-resort mirror for the PCM files.
A 32-bit Windows version of the installer is now available (as DancingMadInstaller-i386.exe). Please note that the developer has not yet had a chance to test this on an actual Win32-only system.
The usual 64-bit Windows version has been renamed to DancingMadInstaller-amd64.exe to distinguish it.
This is the last "beta" release. Anything after this will either be a minor hotfix or the final release. The biggest blocker for a final release is the still missing volume fade support.
Hotfix to fix issue #11. Track 25 (Wild West/The Veldt) is now properly downloaded and installed.
Older versions of the installer may crash/loop during download due to trying to download a now-missing (invalid) SSC track 19. Please update your installer to avoid this.
Changes in this release.
- Fixed downloader to fail gracefully when it's unable to download files.
- Downloader now has 3 mirrors to download files from and will failover to secondary mirrors if the primary is not functional.
This was the last beta release before the repository was moved to GitHub from BitBucket.
