A number of UniqueId have incorrect numbers such as "MQ2XML".

@katieshell thanks for the updates for v3.1. Unique ID 342 (Adult Album Alternative) has a Tier 1 label of 'Medical Health', perhaps it should be 'Entertainment', based on the Parent of 338 (Music)? It may have happened when the lines with 'Tier 1 = Music' were updated to 'Tier 1 = Entertainment'. I wonder if we could create some sort of parser / integrity checker for the hierarchy?

A number of UniqueId have incorrect numbers such as "MQ2XML".

@anujag24 This unique ID is for Adult Video Games, some of the categories have letters for their Unique IDs so there wasn't a risk of duplication.

@katieshell In the CTV Genre Mapping table, the genre News is mapped to 1020 which does not exist in the Content Taxonomy 3.1 file. Is this intended?
