    This component is breaking UI volume handling. As the UI song player is used nowhere but in the startup scene, this can be removed from the game scene.

    Made SetAlphaValue the only function that modifes the alpha value, by allowing an optional parameter to skip the rest of the function.
  2. Fix breakpoint bug and clean code

    When setting breakpoints during the flashing and flickering.  The amount of alpha can go past the intended amount because of more time passing due to more processing the breakpoint.  The screen can end up permanently red.
    
    Fixed some wierdness in code logic and simplified it.

    Loss and gain indicator bars can both be displayed at the same time and healing first or healing after doesn't hide the bars anymore unless the gain fills the guage, it will then hide the loss.
    
    changed the bars so that if more gain or more loss is added, and the bar is still smoothing, then it will pause for a shorter time before continuing to smooth to target size.  Will also reset progress in lerp to the target amount.

    Placed the loss indicators behind the gain indicators.  Looks better if healing immediately after taking damage.  and can see both indicators working simultaneously.
    
    prevented a bug where the health bar could display more health than is available, happens if healing immediately after taking damage.
    
    Multiple consecutive healing or damage actions will no longer reset the timer or add delay for the smoothing.
  3. Fix HUDVItals minor glitch

    a graphical glitch can cause the health bar to display more health than actually is available if the player heals then gets struck within a second afterwards.  This fixes that by preventing the non- indicator bar from going above the indicator bar.

    Because the property call in DaggerfallHUD for updating the breath bar was discarded in favor of updating the breath bar in the vitals class (to be consistent with the other vitals updating in the class), the SetRemainingBreath method was overlooked, which does more than set the amount, it sets the color of the bar according to the percent left.

    Fixes bug where if you are swimming in a dungeon, and load game that's out of water, you would be swimming speed until another speed change takes place.
