Based on pdf.js 2.2.228.

Includes the issue #5 fix from version 2.2.254 as well as a fix for the find bar bug (and possibly other bugs) by including polyfills for new methods such as Promise.prototype.finally.

The only change in this release is a potential (at least partial) fix for issue #5.
