Action List Lost Changes #157

This issue has existed since lgm16b4 as I have gone back and tested.

Steps to reproduce:

  1. Create a new object or timeline
  2. Delete all events or moments respectively
  3. Double click on the action list or press enter
  4. Notice code action added and frame opened
  5. Follow A or B
    A) Close the frame and no changes are recognized so it will not ask to be saved.
    B) Add an event and watch the code action disappear.

As far as I am aware there are virtually no real consequences to this except maybe the user writes a ton of code and then forgets they didn't add an event or moment and sees their code vanish.

The simple solution is to disable the action list on each frame until a moment/event has been added/is selected but not necessarily focused.
