Scarlet Nebula is an all-in-one tool for administrating IaaS clouds. It comes with a built-in SSH client and VNC viewer and currently supports both Amazon EC2 and CloudSigma clouds.
If you're interested, take a look at thesis.pdf for more information on Scarlet Nebula.
Scarlet Nebula is available under a GPLv3 license.
Why do you have such a sucky license?
I don't like it any more than you do, if you find a less restricting license that's legal (note that TightVNC is licensed under the GPL and I'm using about 50 other libraries) let me know and I'll change it right away.
