Broken DX7/16-bit modes support? (0.8.2025.53, VirtualBox 7.0.XX)

SoftGPU 0.8.2025.53 works good in VirtualBox 7.0.18 with DX8 and DX9 but it lacks DX7 and 16-bit modes support at the same time - 3Dmark 2000 has black models and no fog in Hrlicopter and Adventure tests and High Polygon Count tests runs in black screen.

SoftGPU 0.8.2025.53 in VirtualBox 6.1.44 works with DX7 and 16-bit modes but not with DX8 and DX9.
I've try to set RGB565bug to 1 via registry but it didn't help.

The current alternative in 7.0.18 is to use windowed mode instead fullscreen if a game allows it.

Try to rollback wine9x to 1.7.55.27-sse3 and 1.7.55.38-sse3 (ddraw_98.dll, wined3d.dll, winedd.dll) but it didn't help - DX7 and 16-bit modes still broken.
