Starting in 1.9.1, the Copy Roster Entry menu item throws an exception:

ERROR - org.jdom.IllegalAddException: The element "locomotive-config"
could not be added as the root of the document: The Content already
has an existing parent document

The entry is created in the index, but no file is created.
