Complete rewrite of the downloader:

  • This includes a backend to download and manifest.json for all the builds Operation Throwback uses
  • Cleaned my repo and sorted the files
  • Moved couple tools like liberator and the vulkan patch to the tools section
  • Added a dedicated heated metal downloader
