Introduction
============
GenBank2Any allows to extract the sequences in several formats and separate files, each file contains the complete sequence

Requiriments
============

 - Mono Runtime 1.9.1 and Mono C# Compilers(for.NET 1.1 and .NET 2.0)
 - sharpPDF dynamic link library are included

 * Optionally you can use the Microsoft.NET C# Compilers  

This program runs on Windows, Linux, Mac OS X , iPhone and Android.

No Makefile included, sorry.

Instructions
============

to compile follow this steps:

a) compile a GenBank2Html , IGenBank2Any : 
   $gmcs GenBank2Html.cs IGenBank2Any.cs -t:library -out:GenBank2Html.dll
   
b) compile a GenBank2Text , IGenBank2Any : 
   $gmcs GenBank2Text.cs IGenBank2Any.cs -t:library -out:GenBank2Text.dll

c) compile a GenBank2Pdf, IGenBank2Any :
   $gmcs GenBank2Pdf.cs IGenBank2Any.cs -r:sharpPDF.dll -t:library -out:GenBank2Pdf.dll	
   
d) compile the main program : 
   $gmcs -r:GenBank2Html.dll,GenBank2Text.dll,GenBank2Pdf.dll Main.cs -out:GenBank2Any.exe

to run:

a) mono GenBank2Any.exe --file test/testdata.gb --mode html   --> generate html files
b) mono GenBank2Any.exe --file test/testdata.gb --mode text   --> generate text files
c) mono GenBank2Any.exe --file test/testdata.gb --mode pdf   --> generate pdf files
d) mono GenBank2Any.exe --help 

Notes: 
 - only html,text and pdf modes are supported.
 - you can use a relative or absolute paths to the parameter --file.

Futures:
 - Makefile or autotools in next versions.
 - more modes.
