TODO:
-move powerups to background layer so they move along with background map when player scrolls
-add code for enemies; randomize
-randomize powerups and appearance
-make background level larger
-create door object and randomize location along wall somewhere
-show countdown timer; when countdown is reached, door opens
-powerups add health OR give offensive abilities
-add particle engine instead of sprite
