Let authors choose their own version numbers, but warn if a code change did not increment the version #41

If a code change did not increment the version, it will show as a validation error, but users can choose to save anyway.

If they neglect to include a version number, it will show as a validation error, with an option to have the site generate version numbers in the format 0.0.1.timestamp. The site will continue to handle version numbers as long as the previous version was in that format.

I also introduced a "lenient" saving mode where it will act as if both (and the "accept assessment" one) are checked. This is used when importing.

I also refreshed all posted scripts, so they should be serving with the author-provided version numbers now.
