Semi-automatic process for unauthorized copies #550

Possibly something like:

  • An author can report another script is an unauthorized duplicate. They may only be able to this if the other script is similar enough and was posted after the original.
  • Author of the potentially offending script is notified and can their script or dispute the report.
  • If the author of the potentially offending script does nothing, the script will be deleted after x days.
  • If the author of the potentially offending script disputes, then a moderator can review and take action.
  • Anyone who abuses the system can be blocked from further reports.
