Ad support for Android

We just added AdMob support for iOS Jasonette/JASONETTE-iOS#79

Let's do the same for Android, implementing the same syntax.

@jkkorn currently we're working on an extension manager which will make integrating these things much easier. We're nearing its release, so once we get it out we'll probably get to it!
