MVC Core "Extender" #434

Assuming that Jasper gets more serious about its HTTP services functionality, I think there's a couple ways that we should be playing nicer with MVC Core:

  1. Let's make sure you can use elements of MVC Core to take advantage of its existing functionality
  2. Let's see if we can use the Jasper + Lamar runtime concept with MVC Core elements as a possible way to take their existing MVC Core code, and make it faster by using Jasper's more efficient runtime pipeline

At a first glance, I say that a Jasper extension library could add support to the runtime code generation

  1. Allow the usage of Controller or ControllerBase classes in Jasper
  2. Execute IActionResult values returned from HTTP actions
  3. Honor the [HttpVerb] attributes for routing

And on top of that, automatically discover controller actions.
