CategoriesPage is a plugin for the open-source web publishing software called Dotclear.
Add a public page to list blog categories. A widget is also available.

First install CategoriesPage, manualy from a zip package or from Dotaddict repository. (See Dotclear's documentation to know how do this)
Add and configure "Categories page" from widgets manager. default templates are on plugin directory CategoriesPage/default-templates/
