For large (long) data collections the draw performance needs some optimization.

Some observations:

  1. Non-bold (single point performance is best), [Bolding is achieved by pressing "b" key and has three levels, individual data items can be bolded by subsequently pressing the key associated with the data classification. Ex. "g" for GPU Utilization ]
  2. LineTo function is substantially slower than Polyline
  3. Resizing, scrolling performance greatly improves when using Polyline
  • I have started shifting to Polyline use and will have that in v1.07 release.
to have better scroll, window resize drawing speed improvements.
I will consider making adjustments to bold levels during these draw intensive operations.
  • Looking for a method to optimize the bold enabled performance. This could be a 1.07a release
