Expand command line argument parsing to support this automated run.
Internal timestamp information needs to be included at the same time.

Currently the in-progress command parameters are:
-i int (sample interval)
-d int (Profile duration (in minutes))
-r int (Repeat (number of times))
-f string (Output path/filename)
-t (append time stamp)
-x (exit)
-t (run in tray)
