CurrencyUnit.getDecimalPlaces return 0 for LBP but according to ISO-4217 it should be 2? #7

The following java code:

CurrencyUnit.getInstance("LBP").getDecimalPlaces() returns 0;

But based on ISO-4217 (http://www.currency-iso.org/iso_index/iso_tables/iso_tables_a1.htm) it's 2.

We're using joda money 0.6 version.

Yup, Look at this file: https://github.com/JodaOrg/joda-money/blob/master/src/main/java/org/joda/money/MoneyData.csv

It has the DecPlaces set to 0. Someone should update this probably.
