mm.musicbrainz.org is part of the submission url given by libdiscid, but this is now just a forwarding to musicbrainz.org for that purpose.
This is only relevant, since we change part of the url.

Sometimes one can submit isrcs only to beta. Example: http://tickets.musicbrainz.org/browse/MBS-6213
So there is a use case other than testing isrcsubmit.
--serverwould be a good name.
