LGTM!
TBH, I didn't review properly, as it was "too" much, but I tested, and works well.
Also, looks like nice setup with caching it all first, instead of the standard approach. Looks like it's using similar resources, but a lot more user friendly way of seeing the status.

Updated to joystream types 0.15.0 & added spending proposal values, bounties paid value and role occupants as requested by the KPI 1.4/1.5
It's still missing the role occupants hired dates and the council role generated tokens
