  • Setup a build script using CAKE
    • build all and run all unit test
  • Integrate it into AppVeyor

@JuergenGutsch When you starting setup the build, you can also setup to run the unittests on build. Would be great!

Configure CAKE build and add a appvayor.yaml config file
Relates to #2
This containes a CAKE Script configured for continues
integration ánd a configuration file for the appveyor
build server.
deployment is not included yet
