Optional analytics keyword for makedocs that adds the GA tracking code to the generated HTML head of each page.

Fixes #372.

Additionally, setup GA for Documenter.jl itself to test this out on a real site.

cc: @ViralBShah, I'll see whether this works correctly for Documenter itself, then get it working for the manual.

Seems to be working correctly for Documenter so I'll backport this, tag 0.8.6 shortly, and update the scripts in base.

No prob, turned out to be easier than expected. Could you check whether the tracking ID I've used in JuliaLang/julia#19735 is the correct one, thanks.
