Optional `analytics` keyword for `makedocs` that adds the GA tracking code to the generated HTML head of each page. Fixes JuliaDocs#372. Additionally, setup GA for Documenter.jl itself to test this out on a real site.

Seems to be working correctly for Documenter so I'll backport this, tag 0.8.6 shortly, and update the scripts in base. |

No prob, turned out to be easier than expected. Could you check whether the tracking ID I've used in JuliaLang/julia#19735 is the correct one, thanks. |
