Update histogram functions for upstream changes #76

Histogram functions in StatsBase are closed on the left by default as of StatsBase 0.14.0, whereas they were right-closed previously. This was introduced in JuliaStats/StatsBase.jl@1b815de. The change appears to have broken the tests here, so to accommodate we should manually specify the bin closure here.
