SymOrHerm * Number returns different type than Numer * SymOrHerm #29392

The Symmetric loses its types on simple operations, such as the one described in
https://discourse.julialang.org/t/product-of-a-scalar-with-symmetric-is-not-symmetric-while-symmetric-times-scalar-is/15555
And also

julia> using LinearAlgebra
julia> A = Symmetric(rand(2,2))
2×2 Symmetric{Float64,Array{Float64,2}}:
 0.0900137  0.536086
 0.536086   0.509453
julia> B = Symmetric(rand(2,2))
2×2 Symmetric{Float64,Array{Float64,2}}:
 0.925953  0.534063
 0.534063  0.783025
julia> A+B
2×2 Array{Float64,2}:
 1.01597  1.07015
 1.07015  1.29248
