It would be a great feature if the package would perform weighted fit if the inputs are an array of measurement object. I do not know the details, but I would like to try to send a PR if you think that this feature would be welcome

Any updates on this? I'd also like to be able to fit curves on data with uncertainties/errors. (Error-in-variables fitting seems to be the proper term in the literature, AFAIK)
