Enumerate and autowrap methods

Wrapping all functions manually is not a good idea, so we will have to figure out what need to be done to do it automatically, same as JuliaPCL/PCL.jl#20. At the stage, OpenCV.jl is a collection of wrapper functions I needed to do my personal experiments.
