Broken or discontinuous axis feature [FR] #3415
Description
There is no easy way to make a broken axis subplot, like in Matplotlib (https://nbviewer.jupyter.org/github/gizmaa/Julia_Examples/blob/master/pyplot_brokenAxisSubplot.ipynb) in Plots.jl. Even the ability to make a diagonal tick on the axes would be sufficient for most applications.
