[FR] horizontal fillrange

Similarly to this issue, it would be great to have a horizontal version of fillrange which acts similarly to fill_between in matplolib

It should be easier to then produce something like:

How do you imagine that the calls look like?
Currently you can do something like this like the following example

plot(x-> -x^2 + 25, -5, 5)
plot!(x -> -x^2 + 25, -3, 3, fill = true, linewidth = 0, label = false)

I'd like to just add that to me putting the x_min and x_max as second and third argument seems quite unintuitive. I would have expected something like passing a tuple to fill. In that case it would be possible to build the plot in one function call

plot(normal_distribution, vfill=(x_min, x_max))

where I'm calling the argument vfill to highlight that it is something different from fillrange and fill.

To clarify, I think having two function calls is not unintuitive - quite the opposite as it is in line with the idea of building a plot in a layered manner (cfr., ggplot, gadfly, etc). My only concern is with the syntax of the second function call.

DISCLAIMER: However, take this comment with a grain of salt as I am new to Julia plotting libraries and don't want to go as far as suggesting API desigs :)
