[noblock] This is a renaming of package Dices.jl due to me making grammatical mistakes (Dice is both singular and plural). Since Dice.jl may conflict with DICE.jl (JuliaRegistries/RegistryTools.jl#37), and only has 4 letters, I changed to DiceRolls.jl.
