This is version 0.7. The files for the book at with the publisher and this version becomes 0.8 when I get the feedback from the publisher and make the changes.

The AIP is now frozen and I will be making few, if any, changes to the docstrings.

V 0.8 will be response to copyedits. I will also be doing some reorganizing of the repos.
