Just doing Markdown for now because the other two can be generated from Markdown via pandoc.

For the MixedModels, we might want to consider a full summary output and a compact output (see lmerOut for pprint.merMod and pprint.summary.merMod for something similar).

I'm re-opening this because an idea has occurred to me how to support LaTeX and HTML pretty straightforwardly. For the majority of the Markdown methods, we actually construct a Markdown.Table object. We can factor that out into _markdown methods and then have Markdown, HTML and LaTeX show methods that simply call the appropriate wrapper + show methods, e.g. show(io, Markdown.MD(_markdown(obj))) or show(io, html(_markdown(obj))) or ``show(io, latex(_markdown(obj)))`.

The only method that will require reworking for this is BlockDescription, but I've mostly got the hang of re-writing the manual printing as construction of Markdown.Table. Of course, the next step is pain of writing tests, but that's life. 😄
