`cse` on arrays of expressions

I've noticed that cse on arrays of expressions just produce a trivial code block with a single assignment corresponding to the whole array. It would be beneficial if common subexpressions could be found across the array elements.

Tangential, cse on Num doesn't work, you have to call Symbolics.value on it first. Perhaps an overload is required?
