This release is compatible with webtrees 2.2.3
- Replaced FontAwesome web fonts with FontAwesome SVG. The FontAwesome library is set up with only the necessary icons.
- Add missing mobile menu icon
- Move away from javascript when it can be resolved in a view.
- If a module uses an icon in menus, this theme will remove it because we don't use icons in menus.
