Fixed some minor cosmetic screen issues.
Increased LONG_PRESS to 350 ms so that short presses will be recognized during CW decoding.
Added long press of decode button to clear decode window.
Fixed issue with long/short presses of the NR not scrolling correctly.
Cleaned up most compiler warnings. One is left that I don't quite understand, so will wait to see if Jack does anything about it.
