Changed desired aileron offset in autonomous to a constant (from a co…

…ntrol) so I don't need to set a new default value every time we change the offset

Added a .hgignore file to make committing less work. *.orig files now ignored

TODO: Add reactive light control to dashboard or maybe even cRIO
